Community Schools Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust with a track record of
success. We are keen to hear from outstanding candidates who are able to help us work
with and improve other schools and to develop successful strategies across the trust. The
values of our trust are as follows:
Our vision is for all children and young people in schools and colleges within our MAT to
succeed in an academically challenging and safe environment.
We aim to maintain a comprehensive and inclusive ethos and serve our local communities.
We have a strong community focus and a moral purpose to improve the life chances of
students within our locale.
We have a clear focus on raising standards and we encourage innovation.
We believe the trust will strengthen as it grows in size because it will benefit from
additional good practice - our intention and ambition is to create a network of outstanding
schools that thrive through collaboration and interaction.
By developing a family of provision aimed at providing outstanding education and
training we will improve the life chances of young people.
We want Community Schools Trust (CST) to become the MAT of choice for schools who
share our values and desire for improvement. We retain a high level of leadership
capacity. This means we are well placed to provide support and structure to other
schools if they need it, or to learn from them if they do not.
If you like the sound of this then we really want to hear from you.
