Maxwell Andrews

Maxwell is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He is a member of Teneo’s Financial Advisory team in London, having joined in February 2024, with a focus on creditor advisory engagements for clearing banks, international banks and funds with stressed and distressed lending positions.

Maxwell has extensive creditor experience having spent over a decade at NatWest Group, with this latterly being within the Complex & International Restructuring team. He has worked on a broad range of complex restructuring transactions across sectors including Automotive, Real Estate, Financial Services, Retail and Health. Prior to Restructuring, Maxwell spent time across Risk Management, Large Corporate Credit and Sales roles developing a strong understanding of banking products, credit analysis and risk management frameworks, as well as being the Business Manager to the Chief Executive and Chairman of NatWest for over two years.

Maxwell is a CFA® Charterholder and has been a member of the CFA Institute since 2017. He also holds a Bachelor of Economic Science from the University of Manchester.
