Louise St Pierre

Louise began her teaching career in the East Midlands with Teach First, she then proceeded to teach in a variety of East London schools. She is passionate about ensuring all students achieve the best possible outcomes based on their starting point; allowing them to have their choice of Further Education and employment.

As a Mathematics graduate Louise’s strength is in using data to ensure targeted intervention for students. The strategies embedded by Louise at Waterside Academy contributed to the best outcomes the school has ever had in the GCSEs of 2023.
