Suzanne Keshodia

I have worked at Forest Gate Community School for nearly 15 years. Starting in the main office as admin. I wanted more challenges and was able to progress my way within the school from Admin, PA, Office Manager and my current job as Schools HR/Cover Manager. 

When we became Community Schools Trust I was able to put my experience and wealth of good knowledge to use and become the SCR and Cover Lead for the Trust. My role is keeping children safe. I support other schools with effective systems and like to offer immediate support. I enjoy creating the conditions for children to thrive in a safe environment so that teaching can be as effective as possible.
