Associate Regional Director with responsibility for Computer Science

With a wealth of experience in education, alongside a MSc in Teaching and Learning, Osman joined CCS in 2020 as Head of the Computer Science Department. Since then, he spearheaded vital changes, enhancing the Computer Science Curriculum across the MAT. Recognised for his dedication, Osman earned a promotion to Assistant Headteacher, overseeing Standards and International Links.

With continued success, Osman is now serving as Associate Regional Director within the CST Central Team, driving the Computer Science curriculum's excellence across the MAT. This promotion reflects his commitment to educational advancement and positive outcomes across CST schools.

Osman’s fervour lies in elevating student outcomes through top-tier teaching and curriculum design. Osman is dedicated to the ongoing evolution of both curriculum and teaching methods, ensuring a dynamic and impactful learning experience.
