With over 20 years in education, Julie is a highly accomplished leader dedicated to transforming school communities. As a former Headteacher of a boys' school in St Albans, she spearheaded significant improvements in student progress, safeguarding, and behaviour and attitudes.

Julie’s expertise lies in curriculum development, personal development, and teaching and learning. She is deeply passionate about enrichment and ensuring equity for all students, believing that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Now joining the Community Schools Trust as Regional Director, Julie leads on school ethos and parental support, working to strengthen partnerships between schools, families, and communities to create inclusive, high-achieving learning environments.
